Meet the Owners

Morgan grew up among the rolling green hills of the Southern Highlands in NSW, where sport, banter, good food, cold beer and dogs shaped much of his world. After completing his plumbing apprenticeship, he moved to the bright lights of Sydney. A decade on the tools later, he traded installing pipes for pouring schooners, NRL for AFL, and parmi’s for parma’s. These days, you’ll find him behind the bar — smiling, chatting, and making everyone feel like a local.

Shiree comes from Windy Wellington, crossing the Tasman in search of new horizons. She’s lived in Brisbane and Sydney, building a career in digital transformation while nurturing a love for live music, the beach and long, golden summers. Now a first-time mum to little Lily, her days are full — but she still finds time to bring The Westernport to life through its socials.

Together, they’ve embraced a pub, a new town and a baby. It’s been busy, messy, joyful and unforgettable — a season of life where everything changed, but all for the better.
